Pulchra and Martín Villa Law Firm at the commemoration of the 61st Anniversary of Malta’s Independence.

Our partners, Irma Arroyo and Juan Martín, had the honor of attending in Rome the commemoration of the 61st Anniversary of Malta’s Independence, invited by His Excellency the Ambassador of Malta to Italy, Daniel Azzopardi, and his wife.

Amid a setting of incomparable beauty — the majestic dome of the Pantheon of Rome, the music of international Maltese tenor Joseph Calleja, the unique atmosphere of a nearly 2,000-year-old building, and the diplomacy among nations — all converged in harmony. Authorities, politicians, diplomats, entrepreneurs, and distinguished guests took part, their words reflecting the close and enduring bonds of friendship between Malta and Italy and Malta’s role on the international stage as a bridge for dialogue, a connector between nations and industries.

After the concert, attendees were received at the Cloister of Bramante, a historic Renaissance building in the center of Rome, next to the Church of Santa Maria della Pace.

An evening of art, culture, and connection among nations. Malta and Italy: “EKI TAL-ETERNITÁ” (as the event has been titled), much more than just an encounter.
