Grupo Pulchra is formed from ESTUDIO DE ABOGADOS MARTIN VILLA, a Law firm founded in 1956 by the Jurist and Politician, Hon. Mr. Emilio Martín Villa.

Emilio Martín Villa was awarded with numerous distinctions 

Gran Cruz de Honor al Mérito de la Orden Constitucional (Constitucional Merit Cross) 

Gran Cruz de Honor de la Abogacía Española del Ministerio de Justicia (Cross of Honor of the Spanish Lawyers from Ministry of Justice)

Gran Cruz Jurídica de Honor de la Orden de San Raimundo de Peñafort (the highest decoration of Spanish lawyers)

Vocal del Consejo General de la Abogacía Española (Adviser elected for 36 consecutive years). Secretario General de la Mutualidad de la Abogacía Española (elected position for 33 consecutive years in the Spanish Lawyers Mutual Society)

Deputy in the Spanish Constituent Courts, where he signed his signature in the preparation and approval of the Magna Carta, the Spanish Constitution of 1978. (Member of Parliament and President of the Defense Commission and of the Public Works Commission in the Congress of Deputies from Spain)

Senator in the first Democratic Legislature (President of the Defense Commission and of the Public Works Commission in the Senate of Spain)

In the 80s and 90s the Firm was transformed into different multidisciplinary areas of law, incorporating numerous specialized lawyers, as well as three of his two children, Adela, Emilio and Juan Martín Llopis, practicing lawyers, continuing the legal tradition of the Founder.

After his death in 1998, his two sons continued to maintain a consolidated and prominent position in the field of legal services. In 2002, the Firm was divided into two entities with different specialties and philosophy directed by each of the brothers. 

Juan Martín Llopis, is currently managing partner of the Martín Villa & Asociados Law Firm and Grupo Pulchra de Consultoría y Abogacía, a unique firm that combines the tradition of personalized and exquisite customer service with a commitment to innovation, technology, and internationalization.
